Terms of Use

1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and of Hospital OS, AI Guru, Noted AI and Ambient Scribe (the “Products”), provided by Figital Labs LLP, Jaipur, India (“Figital Labs”, “we”). If you use a Product for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs.

2. The Products

Accounts are created by Figital Labs or by your organisation. You must keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you think they have been misused. We may change, add or withdraw features, and will try to tell customers in advance of changes that matter to them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use a Product unlawfully, or to record anyone without the notice and consent the law requires;
• share your credentials, or try to get around access controls or the integrity checks in AI Guru;
• probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Products, or use them to build a competing service;
• upload content that you have no right to use.

4. Recording and consent

Our customers decide what is recorded and who is recorded. The customer is responsible for giving staff, patients and customers any notice, and getting any consent, that applicable law requires.

5. AI output

Notes, scores, tickets, estimates, audits and reports are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Qualified people must review them before relying on them. Nothing a Product produces is medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgement, and clinical notes are not final until the responsible doctor has approved them.

6. Your data and ours

You keep your rights in the data and content you put into a Product. You allow us to process it to provide the Products to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We and our licensors keep all rights in the Products, including their software, design and name.

7. Fees

Fees, billing and any trial terms are set out in your order form or agreement. Free trials are provided as they are and may be changed or ended at any time.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Products available, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, the Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in a signed agreement.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Figital Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and its total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the fees you paid for that Product in the year before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Products at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on data, liability and governing law, will survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use a Product after a change means you accept it.
