How do you handle security?−+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and system activity is logged. We have not yet had a third-party security audit, and we are not GDPR or HIPAA certified. Our services are currently available only in India.
Which AI do you use, and is our data used to train it?−+
We use Google’s Gemini models, through Google Cloud, to transcribe and analyse audio. We do not use your data to train AI models, and Google does not use it to train or improve its own.
Which languages do the products handle?−+
AI Guru’s role-player speaks 12 languages, including Hinglish, Indian English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Noted AI handles conversations that mix English and Hindi. For the other products, ask us about your language.
How are the products deployed?−+
They are hosted for you, so there is nothing to install on your servers. Hospital OS and AI Guru run in the browser. Noted AI runs as a mobile app with a web dashboard. Ambient Scribe adds a small recorder app on a store computer.
